Shipping Policy

General

When placing an order, you have the option to have the order either shipped to a specific address (e.g. home, office, cottage, etc.) or picked up at the Clinic when it is ready (if applicable).

When an order is placed, it may be split into two shipments, depending upon the products ordered. Prescription products must be dispensed by a Veterinarian while non-prescription products will ship directly from the Distributor.

To check the status of an order at any time, go to the “Past Orders” tab of the web store. If you have any problems with your order at all, please give us a call. Our phone number is listed at the top of the page. We will be more than happy to help you out.

All items purchased through myVETstore are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Non-Prescription Products and Food

Non-Prescription products (e.g. toys and treats) and food will be shipped directly to you by courier. The total shipping cost on these orders, if applicable, will vary depending on the number of boxes, and will be displayed at checkout.

In Ontario and Quebec, you may be required to sign for the order when it is delivered. If you think that you will not be home for the delivery, you will need to obtain a signature waiver form from your courier. Submitting this form to your courier will serve as your request for a sticker to place on your door, which will allow them to leave the parcel at your door. The details on how obtain your sticker will be included in our Order Confirmation email. It will also have been included in your registration email.

Orders shipped through the Distributor take 8-10 business days to be delivered. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
